Thanksgiving Table Setting

table setting using a faux garland and some eucalyptu to achieve that neutral grenery look for the tablescape

This year for my Thanksgiving table setting, I decided to go with some neutral décor. Lots of greenery and some pops of orange. I already shared my DIY orange slice name settings in an earlier blog post. If you haven’t seen those or are interested in how to make them, go check them out!

I used faux greenery from Afloral. However, any real or faux garland will work. My favourite thing to do to make faux greenery appear to be natural is to throw in some pieces of real eucalyptus. Eucalyptus is beautiful even after it dries out. So you don’t have to worry about it going bad before your hosting event. I clipped some pieces off a eucalyptus branch and then tucked them into the garland in areas that needed to look more full. After that, I topped off the garland with any leftover dried orange slices I had from making my name place settings.
