I love Anthropologie, don’t get me wrong! – I just don’t always love their pricing.. This is why sometimes I make it my mission to get inspiration by going into the store and seeing if there is anything I love that I know I could make for less. Last year I saw the cutest little Christmas candles that had wood tops that then were lined with snow and a few cute Christmas trees. Let me show you how I made my dupe for under $10.
What you’ll need:
- Christmas candle- I got mine from HomeGoods
- Glue
- Drill
- Small Christmas trees- I got mine from targets dollar section
- Fake snow- I had some left over from decorations but I originally bought from Amazon
Simply drill 3 small holes into the wood candle top where you would like your small Christmas trees to go. Then add a thin layer of glue to your wood candle top and then sprinkle with fake snow. Next add a little bit of glue to the bottom of each small tree and place into your pre-drilled holes. And that’s it! An adorable Christmas candle that looks like Anthropologie’s for less than half the price.
